We’re back and it's very much business as normal for us at McFarlane Estate Agent albeit with a few changes to keep both our customers and employees safe.

So, what’s changed?

McFarlane Estate Agents are delighted to now offer virtual viewings for the majority of our properties. Using our dedicated YouTube channel, you can get an idea of what the property to rent or buy has to offer from the comfort of your own home.

Found a property you like? Want to take a closer look? No problem.

All we ask is that you wear gloves and face coverings for viewings and we do the same. We have restricted viewing time to 10 minutes for rental properties and 15 minutes for sales.

If the property you’re viewing is unoccupied, we go in first, open all doors, then step out of the property whilst you go in to view.

If the property is occupied we ask that the current occupant is not in the property for the viewing (where possible) and we maintain social distancing when in the property.

Other than the viewing all other aspects of you sale or let are dealt with remotely.
