There’s more to being an estate agent that meets the eye
29 October

The truth is our job is harder than it looks - but that’s not to say we don’t love what we do. You’ll be surprised to know that there are parts of our job you probably didn’t realise we did.
We’ve got an eye for interiors
When it comes to your home we want to make sure buyers see it in the best possible light. We might suggest giving your home a quick lick of paint or give that empty spare room a bit of purpose so your buyers can see your properties potential. At the end of the day we want you to get the best possible price.
We know the area
It’s our job to know the local area. We make it part of our job to know where the local schools are, how far away the nearest shop is and most importantly how far it is to your local pub. Sometimes it’s the little things that can make the most difference.
We are champions at multi-tasking
Thats right, if multi-tasking was an Olympic sport we would be gold medalists. We want to ensure your house sale goes as smooth as possible. We liaise between you and your buyers so your time can be spent finding your new home.
We keep our eyes peeled
Our job is to find out what your ideal new home will be and help you to find it. We’ll keep our eyes peeled and as soon as the ideal property comes along we’ll be in touch.
Getting you a mortgage
We can point you in the direction of a reputable, local financial advisory company who can help you with anything you may need to know about or need assistance with in regards to mortgages.
Is now a good time to invest?
Whether it is helping you find the right property or providing you with some advice to help you make the decision, we have a wealth of knowledge in both sales and lettings so couldn’t be in a better position to help you find that perfect investment opportunity.
We go the extra mile
We know how stressful and confusing moving can be at the best of times so we offer to take care of as much of the process as we can for our Senior clients, including running paperwork around the local area if you (or your relative) are no longer driving and don’t have access to scanners and emails.
Our doors are always open so we can support you through the process from helping you with your solicitors to organising removal quotes.
We’re great listeners
The most important part of our job is to listen to you. You’re always welcome in our offices, where you’ll normally find the kettle on and a biscuit or two on offer.
