Choose the right landlord service
Depending on your requirements as a landlord, choose between our Let Only, Rent Collection or Fully Managed service. We can also build a tailored package depending on your needs as we know every situation and each landlord is unique.
Compelling marketing
Professional photographs, floorplans, 3D walk-through tour, drone footage and widespread advertising, we’ll make sure your property stands out in the crowd and appeals to high calibre tenants.
Viewings & referencing
We’ll arrange the viewings and begin to screen potential tenants. Using an independent reference company, we’ll make sure all the necessary checks and due diligence are carried out as part of our comprehensive tenant referencing process.
Agreeing to let
When a suitable tenant has been found, you will be appointed a dedicated Tenancy Manager who will look after you, your property and all the paperwork. This keeps things tidy, simple and efficient for our landlords.
Completing paperwork
When the paperwork is completed and all the legal compliance checks are carried out, we’ll collect and protect the tenant deposit, first month’s rent and begin the inventory and move-in process for your tenant.
Property inspections
