      Ready to rent

      Once you have decided on your area to live, contact us and let our lettings team know what you are looking for. We will ask you questions to ascertain your criteria and then let you know what properties we currently have available. Once you have viewed and decided on the property you would like to rent you will go through full referencing and affordability checks. Once these have been completed, a move in date will be agreed and you will be asked to sign a Tenancy Agreement and pay your first months rent and security deposit. On the day of move in you will collect the keys from our Lettings office.

      Report a repair

      If you are currently renting a property through McFarlane and need to report a repair then please do so using our online maintenance reporting system. This will be dealt with by your dedicated tenancy manager. All repairs, other than emergencies, will be dealt with during the normal working day.

      If you should experience an emergency then please call the emergency call out number on 07795 065374 and report the incident.
